NOTICE OF COMMUNITY MEETINGS
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2021
8:00 AM TO 10:30 AM AND 5:00 PM TO 7:30 PM
ConnectGen Chautauqua County LLC submitted an application to the state Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES) on August 10, 2021, pursuant to Executive Law Section 94-c, to construct the South Ripley Solar Project (Project), a proposed 270 MW solar powered major electric generating facility to be located in the Town of Ripley, County of Chautauqua, New York. This notice announces that on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Meeder’s Restaurant, 19 E. Main St, Ripley, NY 14775, ConnectGen will be hosting a community meeting for members of the public to learn about Project updates, the Section 94-c permitting process, and the application. Representatives of the company will be present at the meeting to provide information about and updates on the Project and answer questions from the community. The purpose of the community meeting is to educate and update the public about the proposed Project, including what was contained in the application and the next steps in the 94-c permitting process.
